As one of our first boots on the ground in Maryland, you won't just be running wire: you'll be helping us build the playbook. You'll work alongside a tight-knit install team to remove gas furnaces, bring in electric heat pump systems, and collaborate directly with our engineering team to sharpen our process and push our product forward. If you're the kind of electrician who takes pride in clean work, loves solving problems in the field, and wants to be part of something bigger than a service call this is your seat at the table.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $37 - $51 per hour
Work Location: In person - Columbia, MD
